      • Establishing and maintaining effective communication and consultation with employees and other stakeholders
      regarding health and safety matters.
      • Continuously improving our Integrated Management System (IMS) through regular reviews, audits, and
      evaluations.

      Responsibilities:

      The management of Premier Metals is responsible for:

      • Ensuring that all employees, contractors, and visitors are aware of this policy and comply with it.
      • Providing adequate resources and support to enable the implementation of this policy.
      • Ensuring that all hazards and risks are identified, assessed, and eliminated or minimized.
      • Providing appropriate training and resources to all employees.
      • Ensuring effective communication and consultation with employees and other stakeholders.
      • Regularly reviewing, auditing, and evaluating our IMS to ensure continuous improvement.

      All employees and contractors are responsible for:

      • Complying with this policy and all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards related to health and safety.
      • Reporting any hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately to management.
      • Following all safe work procedures and instructions.
      • Participating in training and other initiatives to improve health and safety.
      • Cooperating with management in implementing and maintaining this policy.
